| After reaching level 60, you are ready to change to Ranger!
Part one - The Errands
Eliff: (See Darkon Two Npc Map)
Talk to her. She talks about the "Ranger Job Change". She gives a quest
to kill 20 Drillers (normal ones). Return to Elliff, and she asks you
to kill Rubo. Rubo: (See
Darkon Two Map, Npc 6, near Syliacas, in the caves)
He drops a special "Letter of Hynan", which you need to give to Kimel.
Kimel: (See Flaris Map, near the Mas
Dungeon Entrance)Deliver the Letter to Kimel and he will talk about the Ranger Class. He then tells you to go and visit Liekyen about a book.
Part two - A Ranger is Born
Liekyen: (See Darkon Two Npc Map,
north west of Town). Talk to him Regarding the book. The book was
damaged while he was traveling. He will ask fro your help repairing the
book. You must kill Pranksters, who drops the pages of the book. Go to
the Garden of Resis.Pranksters: (See
Saint Morning Map top right corner, Death Island). You
need 8 Pages. Take the pages to Priest Rupim.Priest Rupim: (See
Darkon Three Map,
middle of map in Large Trees area) Rupim will then speak of the Path
of the Ranger class. She will now tell you that you are ready to become
a Ranger, but she asks you to complete one final task, to find your
guardian, and do what she says.
Guardians: (See
Darkon Three Map, lower right corner, Npc 15) Find
your Guardian on the Altar of Heroes. The Guardian will then ask you to prove your worth by killing the Venel Guardian. You have to bring back its heart for proof. Venel Guardian: (See
Darkon Three Map,
near Centre of red area, Npc 20) Kill Venel Guardian to collect its
heart. (The heart will appear in your inventory) Return to your
Guardian. Give her the heart. She will then Reincarnate you as a
Ranger, and she will give you Penya for completing the Quest. Remember
to pick up anything that drops from the Guardian.Congratulations you are a Ranger!! | |
